Working with the church, DLA developed a solution to not only accommodate the School of Ministry but also provide a temporary home for the church’s congregation in the form of a 930-seat auditorium. Only 2,782 sq. ft. of new construction, a foyer and common area, was required to complete the renovation. A porte coche was also added.
