DLA designed this unique 37,220 sq. ft. facility, including a two-story medical office wing divided into five separate pods, to meet the varying needs of 18 doctors. Four pods each contain reception and waiting areas, offices, exam rooms and support areas for four orthopedic physicians. There is also a two-physician pod for natural medicine.

The building also has a one-story wing with administrative offices, a 3,940 sq. ft. physical therapy area and imaging facilities including two MRI rooms.
