While meeting in a high school auditorium, Heartland World Ministries Church purchased a 37,558 sq. ft. two-story office building intending to renovate it into a permanent home for the Heartland School of Ministry. DLA was commissioned to renovate the building and in the process determined a great deal more space was available than the school required.
