Working within a tight budget, DLA renovated the retail space to provide an updated facade compatible with the Fiesta Mart food store.

The parking and site were also reworked to maximize parking space and add landscaping and sidewalks in keeping with the city's efforts to redevelop and enhance Irving Blvd.
