Having done many Filene's Basements stores across the northeast, DLA was selected to convert an existing run-down retail store at 79th and Broadway into a 30,000 sq. ft. flagship retail store.

Beneath many layers of facade modifications, DLA found a substantial and "nice" old building. Through restoration and sensitive renovation, DLA transformed it into a distinguished flagship store with an appropriate corporate image.

The renovation respected the building's historic past while functionally updating it to meet the store's current needs and requirements.
